Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Stiletto heels with visible signs of wear
- MUST HAVES collection items with removed tags
- Any footwear showing sole wear or damage
- Personalized or custom-made items
Note: Our exquisite Stiletto collection requires special consideration due to the delicate nature of the designs. Please try them on carefully on clean surfaces to maintain their return eligibility.

Refund Information
