Non-Returnable Items

  • MUST HAVES collection items with removed tags
  • Any footwear showing sole wear or damage
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Note: Our exquisite Stiletto collection requires special consideration due to the delicate nature of the designs. Please try them on carefully on clean surfaces to maintain their return eligibility.
